Healthy Chicken Salad

  • 4-5 c. Shredded Chicken
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 c. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic olive-oil (see notes)
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper


  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dill, liquid smoke, garlic olive oil, and pepper
  • In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken and celery
  • Pour sauce over chicken and celery, stir until fully incorporated
  • Store in fridge and enjoy!


If you don't have garlic olive oil, substitute 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp. minced garlic.
