This book provides information from a profound study in China that shows the benefits of a plant-based whole food diet. Not the easiest read but definietely worth it so far!

This Netflix film goes through the history of the United States since slavery was abolished and shows the effects each law and president had on the lives of African Americans.

Loved this book, it was an easy read and really put things into perspective regarding diet culture and the effect it has on our physical and mental health (and why it's all BS!) Pardon my french 🙂
